Circl Mobility is a movement-based wellness program
designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall
body awareness. It combines elements of stretching,
strength, and balance exercises, focusing on gentle,
circular motions to enhance joint health and reduce the
risk of injury. This program is suitable for all fitness
levels, making it particularly beneficial for super adults
seeking to maintain or improve their range of motion
and physical vitality.

I had done Zumba in the past and started attending Leira’s classes in May. I am in my mid-60’s,

definitely overweight and needed to get more exercise than just walking. She introduced Circle

to the workout as part of our cool down. When Circle was introduced, I thought there was noway I could
do those movements. But now, here it is about 5 weeks later, and not only can I do some of the
movements I thought would be impossible, my overall mobility and balance have also greatly improved! I
used to get back aches when walking with friends a couple times a week. They like to walk 11/2 to 2
miles but I always had to quit early because my back, legs and feet would start hurting. Since starting
Circle, this no longer happens! Due to my schedule, I can only attend classes once per week but it has
definitely made a difference and I regret not starting her classes sooner!

Enjoy a lower impact, slower paced class designed to be a
gentle introduction or reintroduction of fitness into your
life. Join me in motion to keep you in motion!


Train muscles in the lower back, pelvis, hips and
abdomen to work together to improve balance and
stability. Core strength can help reduce lower back
pain. Most of these exercises are performed on the
floor. Be sure you have a mat.


Learn the proper form to weight training while you
strengthen upper body and lower body muscles. This
class will use weights, bands and own body weight.
